She was well versed on the market trends and more specifically what was happening in our neighborhood. She gave us a to do list to prepare our home and I believe this set us up for success. We were under contract in less than 2 days and closed in under a month! I believe this is all because of Laura and her strategies. Laura is an exemplary real estate agent and my husband and I really enjoyed working with her to find our first home.
